Sadly enough, the most painful goodbyes are the ones that are left unsaid and never explained.
A 2.2 kg baby boy with two heads was born on Monday morning in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. The doctors declared him a Miracle as he was in a healthy state but he was suffering from breathing issues.
Unfortunately, the boy could only survive for 32 hours.
The doctors of Jawaharlal Nehru Medial College declared the baby as a miracle and took extensive care of him. He was in a healthy state, and they had strong hope that he would survive.
Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan said, "The operation is possible in some cases of conjoined twins, but here it was nearly impossible." Despite this, the operation was successful, but the happiness didn't last for long.
According to the doctor, the baby had two internal organs that were trapped in one body, with only one pair of legs and arms. It is impossible to separate such children. This rare condition is known as Dicephalic parapagus.
It was the couple's first child, they did not see the doctor regularly nor took extra precaution. The 20-year-old mother is out of danger but is disturbed by the loss.
Against the doctor's warning, the young couple took the decision to take the baby home. The doctors wanted the baby to stay in the hospital under medical care, but the couple did not agree with that.
After the birth, the baby was in a healthy state and weighted 2.2 kg. But he had some breathing issues which was the primary cause of the death.
The doctors and the entire staff was in shock when the baby was born. Everyone who heard about this wanted to catch a glimpse of the baby.
The doctors of the medical college said that they were in a dilemma whether to operate the baby or not. This case was not like a normal one; it was much more complex and hard than the case of conjoined twins because it was impossible to separate the baby.
No farewell words were spoken, no time to say goodbye. You were born before we knew it, and only the god knows why.
