The JRC Convention Center had thousands of cricketing fans, director S.S. Rajamouli, Arun Pandey, and Dhoni attending the event. The event was hosted by Anchor Suma. She questioned Dhoni about many interesting things and he like a Master gave awesome replies.
To this, the player first of all thanked Anchor Suma for joining them and felt it was a true pleasure sharing the stage with her. He mentioned playing somewhere around the year 2000 in Hyderabad when he got introduced to the very famous Hyderabadi Biryani. The bakery biscuits and cuisine are something that he and the other players never want to miss. The bangles are something to be appreciated too, and his wife loves it when he gifts her those well-crafted bangles of the city. He also thanked the crowd that has always supported them here, and they have a very good record on the grounds.
Dhoni answered very modestly and admitted that he ate some of it just before attending the event. He hoped to get back there soon and have ample amount of it again.
He suggested that everyone has to be honest to oneself and practical in their lives. Take risks, be calculative and always carry the talent that you possess. Hard work is the key to success. Respect your parents and anybody else who is an elder to you and be humble. Yes, life may be difficult, but face the hardships with a smile because it is the tough period that makes you a stronger human being. Anchor Suma called him a great human being at heart.
He mentioned watching 'Aparichit' and 'Bahubali' with subtitles. He appreciated the movie Bahubali and showed his zeal to watch its sequel. He praised the South Cinema and also the actors.
Dhoni praised the strong performance of Sushant Singh Rajput and told that he worked really hard to appear exactly like him. The enacting of cricketing shots by Sushant was an absolute pleasure to his eyes.
Dhoni mentioned that after 2007 when India lost, all players were very disappointed at the scene and so it was important to make it special this time. Everyone worked really hard, and that is what took the things in their favor. It was the turning point in all their lives.
Hats off, Dhoni! We always love you.
