The Syrian war doesn't seem to draw to an end. The strife and conflict continue to engulf the region in destruction and violence, killing more and more people in the process. There have been several attempts at restoring peace in the area, but just like the ones in the past which have failed to show any progress, the latest peace treaty, too, seems to have lost water.
And now, the Russia-based airstrike on the outskirts of Aleppo seems to have obliterated any chances of reconciliation any time soon. Check out the story below.
Bombing on the outskirts of Aleppo have reignited the strife that has been eating away Syria, and ended the latest peace negotiations, leaving the US's Syria policy in shreds.
It's also not the first time that diplomacy has failed to draw the Syria case to a close.
And there has been a long stalemate between the two with no side seemingly on a winning streak. But now, with Russia's backing, President Bashar al-Assad seems to have gained the upper hand.
Nothing seems to be going towards a positive direction for the war-stricken Syria.
And that makes us question again: is all this war truly worth it?
