Labyrinth- the cult classic of 1986, which gained a massive fan following even after being a disappointment at the box office. The surprise has come not from it completing 30 years but from its actor Toby Froud who has turned out to be a real life Goblin.
For all those who are not aware of his character or do not remember it, let me remind you that Toby was an infant in the film, and was deeply disliked by his older sister Sarah, who perceived him as a nuisance. At the start of the film, Sarah wishes that Toby would be taken away by the goblins and he was, then, stolen away to Jareth's castle.

"I think I've had that line shouted at me more times than I can remember. It's very funny to sort of be in a world where everyone seems to know me even though I was a baby," said Froud.
Even today people say this on seeing him.

On asking, he says, "It's interesting growing up with the idea of being the baby in the Labyrinth and becoming the Goblin King as it were, it's sort of passing the mantle."
Yes, Labyrinth 2 will also be featured but the announcement came on an unfortunate time because it came less than two weeks after David Bowie's death.
It was during the filming of "Lessons Learned."It was not until David Bowie's passing that Toby felt to release it. It'll be a sort of homage to everything that has gone on.
