Manisha and her sisters are also suffering from this rare genetic disorder.
Manisha and her sisters used removal cream day and night to get rid of excess hair.
The couple had an arranged marriage and owns a sweet stall in Pune, India.
But Manisha's mother-in-law was distressed after learning that her grandson has werewolf syndrome.
She said, "My sisters and I were always teased and often nicknamed ghost, bear and monkey. To know my son will also go through the pain and suffering I went through breaks my heart. But he is my baby and I will love him unconditionally the way my mother took care of me, no matter how he looks. My only wish is that my child will grow up like a normal child."
Manish got so upset with her appearance that she kept herself locked in her room all the time.
But Manisha's mother-in-law is not happy with her. This Indian mother wishes that the world will treat her son in a different way.
