A supermarket is a traditional grocery store which is also a self-service shop, offering a wide variety of food and household products. It is usually organized into aisles. Customers usually shop by placing their selected merchandise into the shopping carts or baskets and pay for the merchandise at the time of checkout.
You may find a variety of people at a supermarket. Some will see you there and ask "Hey, what are you doing here?" and you just stare at them and tell "You know.." But this man never expected that a woman would say him something that will leave him dumbfound.
Read the whole story to find out whether the man was successful to spin the story in his favor or not:
When your zipper is open, it is difficult to know if you forgot to close it in the first place or it got opened by itself. This seems to happen quite a bit. This man walked into the supermarket with his zipper open.
A lady cashier walked up to him and said, "Your Barracks door is open."
"Barracks Door" is a word that we don't use normally, so the man was left puzzled for a while. But when he was about to finish his shopping, a man came up to him and said, "Your fly is open."
He zipped up and finished his shopping.
At the checkout, he intentionally got in the line where that lady was. After reaching the counter he said, "When you saw my barracks door open, did you see a soldier standing in there at attention?"
The lady was smarter than the man, she thought for a while and said, "No, no, I didn't. All I saw was a disabled veteran sitting on a couple of old duffel bags."
