Yoga therapy does more than stretching your muscles. It calms your soul and nurtures your body and spirit. As a teacher myself, I always refer to it as moving meditation. It heals you and creates a space that heals your mind, emotions and your overall mental health. Before any seminars that I lead, I always make sure to have at least an hour for myself to align with my body and be more present and charged up for the day ahead.

I consider my "sacred" journal as a tool where I literally dump everything that is on my mind. My goals, the steps I need to take to get there, things to upgrade, health goals, relationship goals etc. It helps me to purge my emotions and thoughts and literally I can't even stress how beneficial it is to help my creative juices flowing as a writer and emotionally healing for my mental health and sanity.

Sometimes, you might need to seek professional therapist to get a third angle perspective who might be of a great help down the life through the ups and downs of life. Trust me, it pays off.
