Robin Camp, a Canadian Federal Court Justice, made a remark at a 19-year-old rape survivor, and not only was it terrible and insensitive, it was straight out of a stone-cold heart. It turns out that Camp hasn't had proper training to handle sexual assault cases, and so comes the question of what needs to be done in response to his fiasco. A decision remains to be taken.
