But that doesn't mean she isn't being involved in some B-town feuds with popular actors. Recently, Amitabh Bachchan claimed that his 'Piku' co-star was paid higher than him for the film.
Although, Big B is all about women empowerment and their rights in the society, but he's beginning to feel that the industry doesn't consider him important anymore.

Being Big-B, he is used to being among the highest paid actors of the industry, but he isn't happy about being paid less than an actress for a film.
The man behind the movie, Shoojit Sircar also commented on this matter. He said that if a movie highlights a woman's character more than a male's character, she deserves a higher pay for the film.
Amitabh Bachchan may have worked for a longer time in Bollywood and he's definitely among the hot shots of the industry, but that doesn't affect a movie and the characters created in it.
That was the only reason stated by Shoojit Sircar for paying Deepika higher than Amitabh Bachchan.
Due to this issue, Deepika and Amitabh have been going through some problems on the personal front. It was reported that Deepika didn't invite Amitabh for the 'Piku' success party at her place.
After being questioned about not inviting Amitabh for the party, Deepika said that she simply forgot and also she apologized about it later.
There have also been reports that due to this issue, Amitabh and Deepika refuse to work with each other for future projects.
In an exclusive interview with Amitabh Bachchan, he said that he had no troubles with Deepika Padukone and he doesn't like to bring up things that happened in the past.
