The driver was in shock!
It was a beautiful day when Ankit Jain, Founder, and CEO of MyOperator, went to visit the Neemrana Fort with his wife. They just got married in June.
While travelling back from Neemrana, in an Ola cab, they got the worst shock of their lives.
We have heard a lot about surge pricing, and when it comes to Ola, we know how Rathish Shekar got glitch slapped with a bill of 9 Lakhs, and there have been numerous women abuses as well. It is no wonder Ola has some issues with the entire system. But this is insane.
With Ola conducting a thousand of trips every day and calculating thousands of fares all across the country, this error in the invoice does not increase our confidence. There should be something like double checking the bills, even if the cabs are flying like bolts.
..to see the total bill on his device, he immediately contacted the Ola driver support to get it rechecked.
Much to his relief, things went good but Ola needs to maintain it's level of not letting down the customers. I can see a decline there in the graph.
