See How Many Golds Our Athletes Won At The Rio 2016

Throughout the 2016 Olympics, our competitors gave their 100% and keeping a record of all the medals being won by the participants was really difficult. While we saw a lot of updates throughout the entire Olympics season, it comes out that the wealthier nations tend to win more medals.

Yes, you read that right. I am talking about the US that went over celebrating their victory with 121 medals, overall.

Get ready for the intense excitement of 42 Olympic sports disciplines in one place. 306 events over the period of 19 days that yielded 136 medals for women, 166 for men and nine mixed medals. It is a feeling of great pride that the event came to an end with a wonderful closing ceremony.

Let's not forget the feeling we breathed in watching the opening ceremony. The feeling is hard to let go.
