  • Ghee………………………………………………one teaspoon
  • Milk……………………………………………….one glass
  • Khoya…………………………………………….according to the quantity of Gulab Jamuns
  • Cooking oil……………………………………..for frying the Gulab Jamuns
  • Water…………………………………………….one glass
  • Sugar…………………………………………….one glass
  • Elaichi Powder………………………………half teaspoon

Here is the complete recipe video for making Delicious Bread Gulab Jamun. 

Method:

  • Take bread slices and blend them into powder form.
  • Add milk and ghee, after that mix it with bread powder. You can also add more milk if needed.
  • Turn the bread powder into a smooth mixture, and knead it.
  • Cover it with some cotton cloth and wait for about 20 minutes.
  • Keep your hands wet with oil and take little pieces of the mixture and add some amount of Khoya in it before turning it into small balls.
  • Repeat it for all the mixture and fry these balls in cooking oil until they give a golden brown color.
  • Take another pan and add one glass of water along with one glass of sugar in it. Stir it.
  • You can also add cardamom powder and let it simmer before you take it off from the stove.
  • Pour the sugar water mixture into a bowl and add the Gulab jamun in it and let it cool.
  • Delicious Gulab jamun are ready to be served.
