After Google, Ford Will Also Run Its Self-Driving Cars But This Time It Has Better Plans

Don't find fault, find a remedy- Henry Ford.

The self-driving car will come to you just when you need it. And when you are done with it, the car will just drive away. The power of technology will make your life easier with time.

Ford has announced that it will build an entirely self-driving car without a steering wheel by 2021. Ford wants to lead the global race to produce world's first high-volume driverless vehicle.

The car, which will have no steering wheel or pedals, will be used in the driverless taxi services. Ford said that its self-driving cars wouldn't have gas or brake pedals, and it expects to dominate the market in the coming decade.

The carmaker at Ford mentioned in a later investor call that the company plans to be the first to roll out the driverless vehicles in all the major cities. Five years isn't much time to get a fully-functioning, fully-autonomous vehicle to market, but the automobile company is moving fast. This hybrid car with a conventional internal combustion engine will replace the fully electric vehicles to ensure range and minimize downtime required for recharging.
