At some point in our lives, we just keep on eating unhealthy food and drinks because we are so stressed out by other activities, work, or family responsibilities.
After all, fast food is tasty and cheap enough to get addicted to. Combine this with sitting in the office all day or browsing the internet for hours and it's inevitable for you to gain weight.
But that doesn't mean you can't have a healthy and fit lifestyle again. Read on!
Jacqueline is a 30-year-old woman who decided to lose weight immediately after something awful happened.
Basically, she was in a wheelchair during the whole visit to Disneyland because she was so heavy that she couldn't move properly.
While her friends were in various rides, she knew she was too big to actually be on them.
Once she was inside, she checked her weight by stepping on a scale.
She hasn't checked her weight for four years and the result got her in disbelief.
For four and a half years, Jacqueline Adan followed the Jenny Craig diet and started working out.
She can now move freely and she is obviously happier than before.
Instead of thinking about losing a lot of weight quickly, you should consider losing weight little by little.
Start by taking small steps and five-minute walks before adding five more minutes. Even if you cannot finish a workout routine, do as much as you can.
When she lost weight, she had 30 pounds of excess skin that caused headaches. She needs around four surgeries to remove all of it. Her partner has helped her raise money for her operations.
