Joseline Hernandez was very happy when she left the court after a judge denied Stevie J's request to issue the restraining order against his ex-girlfriend.
As she made her way to the car she was asked about who is the father and she replied, "One thing which I can tell you is that Mr. Malcolm and Mr. Tony did a great job on my case and I've been vindicated. Everything is negative and we won.''
When she was asked about her coming back on the next season of "Love And Hip Hop," she said without a hesitation that, " Of Course, I'm coming back to "Love And Hip Hop" and I am going to Miami with a delivery special.
VH1 has not confirmed any special to feature Joseline and the delivery of her baby, but there are reports that rapper Young Dro will join the cast of season 6 in the storyline with Hernandez.
Stevie said that he was not sure about who was the baby's dad and he would have to find it out with a DNA test. He also mentioned that he would love the child if it turned out to be his.
Hernandez claimed herself to be a Puerto Rican princess but she isn't from Puerto Rican according to Stevie. J. Stevie claims it to be a wrong information which has been spread.
