When read in binary, the ice-cream buckets read: "Books are the windows to the outside world." 

The team ordered 2000 used ice cream buckets to build the wall.

"Besides reducing waste, using recycled materials fosters awareness of Indonesia's growing amount of plastic waste, which has been clogging waterways and beaches in recent years," said Florian.

The buckets are semi-transparent and sunlight enters into the library through them. Isn't that great?
