Sleeping on time is the least you can do to take care of your body. While it may sound as not asking for very much, sleeping on time has it's own benefits.
If you think that sleeping on time is not a big deal than you are wrong. If you practice this, the results you'll see are amazing. It doesn't take much time to see the results.
