IN Celebrities ON
The movie plays out quickly as the director wastes no time to cast its audience to the trial of the Naval officer Rustom Pavri. Sitting on the edge of our seats, I watched keenly as the consequent events unfold in front of my eyes. I waited for something drastic to happen. Something that could blow my mind away leaving me agape.
I am still waiting.

Then, enters Vikram Makhija, the rich hunk all set to seduce Cynthia. Then, few things happen and let's just say that by the end of it, you will want to murder Rustom along with the entire cast. They tried to pack too much drama into the courtroom like it belongs there similar to the cherry on the top of the ice-cream. Don't they say that too much of anything is bad for health.
You won't feel essentially attached to the entire scenario taking place. Akshay Kumar does a fantastic job of playing the patriotic and romantic hero. Sadly, it is nothing we have not already seen. The young angry man in him will tie you in knots for few minutes but as the movie proceeds, his grip will loosen.
Akshay Kumar as Rustom is a spot on. Ileana D'cruz as his wife struggles to look the wanna-be pativrata naari who somehow stumbles upon an extra-marital affair which lasted for one day, and she is willing to pay every price it takes to free her beloved husband.
Esha Gupta plays the role of Vikram's sister and whenever she makes a screen presence, she is seen in over sexual clothes and for some reason constantly talking in a thorough purr-ful voice. Arjan Bajwa as Vikram is a notorious player who well....is murdered.
You'll fall in love with the music. They did a fantastic job at least in one prospect, and the melodies will keep you in a trance for the entire time.
A self-proclaimed patriot, Rustom tries hard till the very end to prove himself as one. But we are left questioning his motives when he takes 50,000,000 as a bribe. Now, patriots don't do that, Akshay. They don't.
I will give the movie 2 out of 5 stars.
Not really. You can make a pass.
