I personally take on too much and seldom have a hard time trusting other people execute the tasks to my liking.  But that decreases my productivity over time and I feel frustrated about accomplishing my goals. Instead building trust and training folks who want the experience and wealth of knowledge you have will pay you multiple dividends in the long run.
