WWE has been in controversies since the very beginning and there are some moments which we wish never happened. We all know that WWE is now a privately controlled entertainment company and everything is scripted but even after that filter we have few WWE moments which are better to forget.

Muhammad Hassan was a character that was owned by the WWE and was best known for his appearances there. He played the role of an Arab-American and was always portrayed as a good guy. WWE drew a storyline that involved him planning a terrorist attack on The Undertaker.
Most sponsors were not happy as the story played out and later the character was discontinued.
WWE was on the top of the North-American wrestling road in 2001. The company was in a position to make wrestling history with the invasion storyline that should've been profitable instead of the viewers getting a very detailed feud they were handed an awful looking storyline that was abandoned in less than a year later after the WCW died.
During Wrestlemania 17 the company was making a switch for wrestler Stone Cold. The fans and customers said that the organization knows their displeasure over the decision. Austin's character, however, took a turn for the worst. They changed the character "Rattlesnake" into a whiny corporate employer which was not liked by the people.
Vince MacMohan thought it would be best to turn that part of Shawn Michaels life into a WWE storyline that involved Mcmahon forcing the heartbreak kid to team up with the lord himself. The feud also included McMahon cutting promos on God during shows. This annoyed the fans and the whole feud was ridiculous to anyone who had common sense and it crossed a line that need not need to be crossed.
During Wrestlemania 31, Seth Rollins' Curb Storm was one of the greatest moments of the year. By storming out Roman Reigns he became the WWE heavyweight champion in the main event. Later, his move was banned due to being too violent. The real reason was that WWE was having problems with former wrestlers bring up concussion lawsuit which didn't look good for the company.
Vince McMahon crossed the line when he staged his own death in a limousine explosion. This moment was made more regrettable when the news of the deaths of Chris Benoit and his family were made public not long after the story was on RAW. During the night of the one-night stand pay per view event, Vince was showing signs of depressive breakdown. After the show, WWE had to release a press release saying that it was a part of the show and Vince McMahon the CEO was fine.
Sheamus and Ziggler ended up in a match where the loser will have to kiss the winners "bum". The first match happened by all the rules and was won by Ziggler. Instead of Sheamus kissing his bum he low-blowed him and forced Ziggler to kiss his bum. Many fans were confused as Sheamus lost the match but had to legally follow through with the stipulations.
Most WWE fans were shocked when they learned the tragedy involving the family of Chris Benoit. The company went ahead with the edition of the RAW that served as a tribute show to the life and best moments of Chris Benoit. Early Tuesday morning the public began to realize the true nature of the crime. The Benoit tribute show was one of the most regrettable moments in the WWE history.
Paige insulted a dead kid during a championship on November 16th. Charlotte and her challenger Paige turned into a teary add promo about how Charlotte was only there to fulfill the dreams of her brother "Reid" who passed away at the age of 24 due to a drug overdose. Paige used it against her as an example of why she isn't strong enough to be a champion.
The moment Vince McMahon dropped the "N" bomb resulted in some of the audience members and some viewers on TV chuckling. But most of the fans thought it was very offensive and should 've been rethought before it was allowed to be shown. Many were angry that someone scripted that moment and let it get aired. This resulted in a big controversy and a large number of people disliked him since.
