So you have decided to hit the gym and clearly, you are not at the best of your physique. I mean that is the only reason you are going to the gym. Isn't it?
You have gone through a number of exercises and might have even selected a number of gyms to go and get a hot bod just like Megan Fox or even Cara Delevingne.

1. Pretty much the first day at the Gym.
