The number of times you hit the loo determines how hydrated you are and how systematic your health is. However, there are no such strict definite numbers determined that you should pee. Everybody has a different frequency of urination and that sometimes depends on your age as well.
Although we can train our bladder only at a condition if we don't have incontinence problems.

Drinking more water and consuming an excessive amount of coffee, alcohol, and other bladder irritants might be the reason which makes you pee more.
But if you habitually hold your pee for a longer time, it can increase the risk of infection in your bladder.
Peeing 11 times or more after drinking 2 litres of fluid in a day could result in a serious problem. This means you could have a problem with the pee frequency.
If your bladder is contracting more than necessary, you will have to run to pee more often.
Although, some food changes the colour of the pee, for example; eating beetroot could change urine colour to red. Also, keep this in mind that yellow colour of pee is fine but if you find any other colour then you should consult a doctor.
