Once in a while, we get angry because life isn't working our way. And at times like that you are always snapping at everyone. It happens because we are constantly trying to control our anger, and it's taking a toll on you.
So now what to do? It is said that 'desperate times calls for desperate measures,' and your desperate angry and snappy mood needs some real and quick anger relieving technique. The answer to that is a stress relieving ball. What? You don't have one? Then make one.

The first and the foremost step is to fill an empty plastic bottle with some flour. Use a funnel to fill the bottle otherwise, you will end up with flour everywhere.
Now blow a balloon and twist the end of the balloon so that the air doesn't escape from it. Do not tie the end of the balloon only twist it.
Now cover the mouth of the bottle with the balloon (still twisted). Then untwist the balloon and then dump the bottle upside down and shake the flour inside the balloon.
