Trainspotting was a 1996 cult classic directed by Danny Boyle and remains one of the best teenager movies. The film was ranked 10th on the list of top 100 British films of all time. Now after 20 years, Danny Boyle is back with the sequel of 'Trainspotting,' which is named "T2" and guess what, the old 'Trainspotting' cast is back.

Ewan McGregor has signed for 'T2' and now we are all assured that 'Trainspotting2' is a reality. Ewan had told earlier that he would like to reprise his role as Renton. Now we will be able to find out what Mark Renton does with all the money he stole in 'Trainspotting.'

'Trainspotting' had four main characters, and one of them was Begbie, who raised havoc every time he was onscreen. Begbie would not have been possible without Robert Carlyle. Robert acted superbly and made Begbie unforgettable. There's more to see from him as the angry man is returning back with 'T2.'

Ewen Bremner, who enacted Spud in 'Trainspotting, ' was a character who was lost in a drug impelled environment. If anything went wrong anywhere, Spud had to pay for it. He has been sent to jail, beaten by Begbie but in the end,  he was left with £2,000 and it will be clear from T2 that what has he done with that.

How can you forget the 'sick boy' from 'Trainspotting' or you may call the Agent 007? He delivered a magnetic role surrounded by James Bond characteristics. There was something smart and cunning about him which made him grab a role in 'Trainspotting2.'

Boyle's 'Trainspotting' made him a popular icon in the British Cinema and he has been delivering masterpieces since then. He has even won the best director Academy Award, but he will always be remembered as the director of 'Trainspotting,' and no other director could have made a movie so thrilling apart from Danny.
