IN Celebrities ON 20 Jul, 2016
For the past years, we knew that there were unexpected celebrity deaths and most of the time, the reasons behind their passing remained unclear to us for so long. Although there were some speculations that try to disclose the event, only autopsies and police reports can be trusted and can tell the truth. Good thing, (relatively), real stories about their deaths are surfacing gradually. Maybe because their families allow it to be publicized or simply because they are leaked.
Now, they've found out that these deaths are all the celebrities' fault. They accidentally killed themselves, in other words. What is the real cause of their death? Intriguing!
Let's look at some of these celebrities who did not expect to die like this.
Whitney Houston got so many problems regarding her usage of prohibited drugs. On February 11, 2012, she was found submerged and unconscious in a bathtub at Beverly Hilton Hotel. Based on the autopsy, Houston had atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use. All in all, the following drug components are pointed to cause her accidental death: cannabis, alprazolam, diphenhydramine, and cyclobenzaprine.
With bulimia on the side, she suffered so much from alcohol intoxication that caused her death. She passed away on July 23, 2011.
John Bonham passed away on September 24, 1980, because of choking in his own alcoholic vomit. In the autopsy, authorities found out an approximately 40 shots of 40% ABV Vodka.
Steve Irwin died when he was 44 years old and was accidentally pierced by a stingray barb through his chest and heart. Witnesses said that when Irvin was snorkeling at the sea during the break of his documentary shoot, a sting ray suddenly approached and stabbed him hundred times. Apparently, his obvious vice for too much animal interaction killed him.
Heath Ledger died in 2008 because of medicine overdose. Investigators found the significant amounts of diazepam, alprazolam, temazepam, hydrocodone, oxycodone, and doxylamine in his blood samples.
Bon Scott died in 1980 from being suffocated in a Renault 5 car while having enormous alcohol intake. What happened was after a very hardcore drinking session, a friend transferred him to the car where he passed away.
Lisa Robin Kelly died in 2013 due to severe drug and alcohol intake. She was extremely intoxicated and her passing was declared an accident by authorities.
In 1997, Michael Hutchence died because of autoerotic asphyxiation--a condition where a person runs out of oxygen in the brain, with the intention of increasing his own sexual arousal. Although authorities have observed the scene as if he tried to intentionally leave himself breathless, the aforementioned condition may look more convincing.
Cory Monteith was found lifeless in Vancouver, and criminal investigations disclosed that his death was due to unbearable amounts of heroin and alcohol in his body. As we all know, he's been drug dependent since he was 13 years old.
On June 19, 2015, Anton Yelchin was reported dead. He's seen being 'pinned' between his car unit--Jeep Grand Cherokee and a brick pillar outside his residence in California. Yelchin was already out of his car when he went to his driveway, but the steep road incline made the car drive against him. He's been hit and got trapped. Technically, that's a case of traumatic asphyxia.
Brandon Lee, the son of Bruce lee was accidentally shot in his abdomen while filming the movie The Crow on March 31, 1993. A technical error occurred when the gun was actually filled with blank rounds, not dummy cartridges.
In 1982, John Belushi passed away, and that's because of severe intoxication from cocaine and heroin.
Like any other accidental deaths, Mitch Hedberg died because of drug intoxication--particularly from cocaine and heroin combination. His death was announced on April 1, 2005, and many fans thought that it's a plain April Fools' Day joke.
