"He has always been the happiest dog I know", tells Sherry Portanova, derby's caretaker to Dodo.
Fortunately for Derby, he met someone who was determined to change his life. She was Tara Anderson, director of 3D Systems. The skilled staff at 3D Systems designed a set of prosthetic legs for him.

Derby was saved by Peace and Paws Dog Rescue.
Derby's life changed when he met Tara Anderson, the Director of CJP Product Management at 3D Systems in Massachusetts.
Derby has underdeveloped front limbs.
The staff at 3D system created a wheelchair cart but Derby was not comfortable.
The team at 3D system thought that they have to come up with something better, they came with an awesome idea.
This wonderful set of prosthetic was developed by 3D printing.
Derby was interested as soon as he looked at the 3D prosthetics.
They finally developed front legs with 3D printing.
and Derby was excited out of bounds!
Everyone with Derby was overwhelmingly emotional.
Derby was overjoyed and played with the ball.
