"It doesn't matter who you love, why you love, where you love or when you love or how you love, it matters only that you love" - John Lennon
A man with an umbrella made a simple gesture and strengthened our faith in humanity again. Humanity which is not based on any religion or colour of your skin. It's just selfless help to other human beings.
With shootings and protests happening every other day it has been a painful and miserable week for all of us but during hard times like this, the most insignificant gestures can send the most thought provoking messages.
The name of this guy was James Varnado, and there was no reason for him to help people. It was just like "Hey people, need some help; I am here!"
The incident took place in Kenner, while it was raining. James Varnado escorted women, mothers and the kids to their cars under the cover of his umbrella.
We came to know about this person by a Facebook posted by an individual who was standing there. Deepak Saini was the person who bought this helping incident in the eyes of social media. He snapped the pic of James helping people and shared it on Facebook.
