When you see an old dilapidated house, your first gut feeling would be to run away from there. But that's not what Leslie David did. She's an urban explorer and photographer who often visits old and abandoned houses just to find out what's the story behind them.
That's exactly what she did with an old house with the front lawn overgrowing and a roof that had nearly fallen off. Judging by the condition, she was sure nobody lived there but when she ventured inside, she did not expect to find this.

But Lawrence was in the living room when Leslie entered and he was very welcoming towards her even though she had basically broken into his home.
He would stay alone in this old house because he had vision problems in his left eye and a missing right eye. Basically, he also had trouble getting around.
He had a hip fracture back in 2000 and that's when his problems started. He also suffered from injuries after that and he had no family who could take care of him.
She also decided to fix his home and many other people from the neighborhood also decided to volunteer for the same.
He would have a 24x7 watch over him and nurses who could take care of his health at the home.
It's very touching to see a young woman doing so much to help a stranger. Without Leslie to care for, Lawrence wouldn't have anyone around for him.
