July 14 is observed as Bastille Day or French National Day. And on this auspicious day, the Satan didn't decide to cease. A heavy truck rammed into a crowd who were watching Bastille Day fireworks in a French city called Nice.

Nice, the fifth most populous city in France is on lockdown after a man driving a truck ploughed through a crowd of people celebrating Bastille day. At least 80 people are confirmed dead, including children and about 18 people were critically injured.
Almost everyone in the picture was either injured or killed.
President Francois Holland was calling up to tighten the security after what happened in Paris 8 months ago, killing more than 130 people. The state of emergency was extended by three months.
"France is filled with sadness by this new tragedy," Hollande said.
..."Investigations are currently underway to establish if the individual acted alone or if he had accomplices who might have fled."
The driver also fired before the police shot him dead. Nobody has claimed the responsibility yet, but this gruesome act is similar to that of ISIS.
The head of the local region, Christian Estrosi said guns and larger weapons were found inside the truck. The attacker was shot died. His identity is still unknown, but the sources say he is a Nice resident (no pun intended).
"A fraction of a second later, an enormous white truck came along at a crazy speed, turning the wheel to mow down the maximum number of people. I saw bodies flying like 'bowling pins' along its route. Heard noises, cries that I will never forget."
People feared that this was a terror attack too. But, the officials confirmed that it was an accident and stopped people to spread false rumors.
The tweet is quite vague. Nonetheless, Trump keeps referencing about the warnings about the imminent attacks.
