1) Urine

6) Hair

Changes in hair color are the sign of high-stress levels in your body. Your texture of hair shows that your body is devoid of essential nutrients. Dry and thin hair is an indicator of thyroid disorders.

7) Body odour

You can ignore the slight amount of body odour but the excessive smell is the sign of infection in your body. Always inspect body odour in the morning before the shower and consult a skin specialist if you sense strong nasty smell from your body.
