Almost all the bones of the body are inter-linked and inter-connected. The pain in one bone may affect and arouse the same in other tissues of the body. Elevate your toes while standing on the feet. Lift the pinky toe at the same height as the big toe and then lower the big toe while others still up. Repeat 5 times with each foot.
Form a sitting position, keeping legs in front and toes looking upwards. Lean forward and using fingers pull the toes back softly. Do with one foot at a time.
Step onto a tennis ball, roll under feet and press a little bit. Repeat with other foot. Stretch the toes toward your knees and then point downwards.
While standing, rock your body weight to the outside foot and try lifting the weight off inside. Repeat this 10 times with each foot.
Use a stretchy exercise ball around a table or chair and rest the foot against the band in order to press toes towards floor and stretch. Repeat 15 times.
