Life is simply whimsical, and so does our propensities to do something. When we are introduced to a certain thing, it's a foreign object to us. We get curious and wonder what it does or how it feels. We feel like a little child who has been given a shiny new toy. It happens to the best of us.
But if we are given too much of a certain thing, we take it for granted. Its wonders don't excite it and we even get a little overconfident in our behavior and attitude. It seems very normal to us. Even if it is considered a luxury to some, we might think of it as something regular.
Furthermore, the things keep evolving and with that our wishes and tendencies. It is well said, 'Change is the only thing that is certain.' So in this dynamic world, we hardly can characterize something with the help of generalization.
When we get on a plane for the first time, our hearts are racing and we feel so excited. How it's going to be and what will it feel like. On the 101st time though, we hardly notice that something man-made is actually taking us from one place to another via air!
