Facebook is keeping an eye on your web activity even when you're not using Facebook. Yeah, Facebook has all the rights to do that because you've signed the terms and conditions while signing up on the Facebook.
I guess, our habit of not reading terms and conditions is helping a lot to Facebook. But why do Facebook and many other 3rd party apps on which we registered via Facebook track us? There's only one reason. That is my friend, advertisement.
Though Facebook encrypts all your data before selling them to other companies, but it does sell your information to serve you better-targeted ads and that way Facebook makes a ton of money.
So, here's a way to opt-out from these targeted ads and save your data from being sold to 3rd party apps from Facebook. Also, find out who is tracking you on Facebook

I already opted-out from Facebook ads, that's why it shows 'no' in all three columns.
Click on 'no one' if you don't want your friends to be notified whenever you like a page or product.
Click on "Show All" to see all of the apps which have permission to read your personal data.
Say no to tracking and yes to privacy.
