We remain fascinated by the people who give birth to three, four, or even six children at once. This miracle never ceases to instill wonder in us. And, the same happened to Janet and Graham Walton on November 18th, 1983 in Liverpool, England. Janet gave birth to 6 children, and that too, all girls. She became the only one in the world to give birth to an all-girl sextuplets!
The couple got really popular for the bizarre nature of childbirth they had. All the six girls not only survived, but grew up to be beautiful ladies.
And, now, 23 years later, Janet and Graham have been blessed with their first grandchild, the first of the many to come!
Their life had at once undergone a drastic change. And, they weren't prepared for it.
"I'd had no time to prepare. I hadn't even seen a midwife or been to an antenatal class. The instant my multiple pregnancy was confirmed at eight weeks, I was whipped into [sic] hospital and I stayed there until the birth", Janet stated. The family didn't remain indoor always, as is apparent from their car!
And, happily so!
They are- Luci, Ruth, Jennie, Hannah, Kate, and Sarah in that order.
These girls have had a fun-filled childhood, actually!
They think 6 is too many, ironically! One of them, Ruth, recently said, "I can't wait to have one - or maybe two. But no more than that."
What do they look like now?
Luci is an airline crew member. Kate works in administration, Hannah is a school teacher, Ruth works in public relations, Jenni owns her own candy shop, and Sarah is a new mother!
The new family member seems happy too! And, that is because "she's just enveloped in all this love", says Janet.
