Forest Bathing aka shinrin- yoku is the hottest new trend. Over thousands of years in human history, we have become complete tech slaves. From traveling to eating, we have everything at the tip of our fingers. Particularly for all of us who are trapped the entire day in a cubicle office, the source of light or vitamin D to be specific becomes scanty. The only times we get an exposure to these mighty nutrients is when we step outside our office to commute or run errands. While, we know that to stay completely healthy, you need to go outdoors and take in all the positivity.
