A fit body that is free from ailments is what we all crave for, and seldom get! Even in our youth, we are not even close to being fit, thanks to the fabulous lifestyles we follow. With a lot of stress, junk food, and late night plans, we are ruining it perfectly.
This grandma who recently turned 80, is setting the bar so high. Fitness is going to take so much pain, really!
She holds the saying true- you're never too old to do something! She is the world's oldest bodybuilder and hadn't started exercising until she was 56. But, then she started for body-building.
Thinking it isn't late for you, now?
And achieves the target of running 80 miles every week! Her dietary secret happens to be eggs, chicken, and vegetables, along with plenty of water.
Well, never give up, and start whenever you can!
