Losing weight would work so hard for the first timers, but it eventually gets easier once the intention is clearer and firmer, and when the person involved is committed towards this life-changing event. All over the world, stories about men and women going thick-to-thin gain a large popularity base, especially on those who are in dire need of inspiration to get fit, or 'fitspiration' such as the depressed, the bullied and the plus sized.
According to this person, the process of getting in shape is as huge as her starting point. She may be too high and too big for some, but her mindset for positive change is way bigger than expected. All she did was to keep thinking that as a professional, she must set a good example, whatever the aspect may be. Eventually, she marked her word, and became the best that she could be.
She was known as that 6-feet tall ballooning lady with a shocking weight of 300lbs. According to her, her lifestyle revolves around binge eating even without problems to workload, emotional or any other source of self-conflict. She just gets comfortable hanging around with sweets and fatty foods.
As a teacher, she values students' impression, and she doesn't want this impression to last on them. Moreover, Laura does not buy the fact that she is going to be fat forever.
Laura felt the need to get rid of being fat, and start anew to be a 'good role model' to her students.
She put all necessary effort to achieve better and healthier physical results. Although people around her bullies her intention, she did not give up to the trials. She put all that she could, leaving the doubtful audience shocked with the skyrocketing determination.
Laura shut off all the potentially fat-generating nutritional sources, and she continues to fulfill her fitness program. She makes sure that the methods she's subscribing into are natural and non-pretentious.
She holds on to her beliefs and she's very dedicated to live a happy and stress-free life.
This 6-footer believes that she's not as intimidating as before, and her lifestyle has improved a lot.
Congratulations, Laura! You're such a fitspiration to humans struggling around the world.
