Taking care of your car is not an easy task. Weekly car washes can be quite tough and expensive. Moreover keeping your car clean can be a job in itself.
Here are a few car hacks that you can use to make your car comfortable for those long road trips and return journeys.

It's hard to have a real dustbin inside your car and plastic bags aren't convenient either. You can use a cereal container as a garbage can. It holds up a considerable amount of garbage and doesn't take up too much space itself.
Using your phone with your hand while trying to steer the wheel with the other can be extremely dangerous. Instead, you can use a binder clip and a rubber band to attach your phone with the air conditioner.
It can be a bit dangerous to carry several fluids in your car. It will be an oily mess in case you forget to close a lid or two. Instead, you can arrange the fluid bottles in a caddy.
Add 4-5 drops of essential oil on a clothesline and viola! You get a homemade air freshener for your car!
You can store your spare change in a chewing gum container.
Car wipers cannot always remove all the traces of bugs (read: wings, dead bodies). You can do it yourself by using a wet dryer sheet.
So someone placed this sticker behind your car and you were too afraid to remove it as it may leave behind a mark? Use a blow dryer and razor to remove it. Heat the sticker by blowing hot air on it using a blow dryer and then use a razor blade to remove it. Your car will be brand new once you remove the sticker!
For all the messy eaters out there, you can organize your fast food in a shower caddy. Happy eating!
This is for the long road trips. So, you're sitting in the back seat, almost asleep and you have your seat belt pillow to comfort you! What a blessing!
Freshen the stinky air in your car by using a candle. When it's hot, the wax will melt and release and wonderful scent.
Organise your snacks in a coffee creamer container.
