This definitely isn't the first time we've heard about something weird that took place in the Asian nation of China. They do have a long list of bizarre stuff carried out proudly ( in most cases) including the gross kissing competition or the man who climbed an electric pole after fighting with his girlfriend! The list continues with this weirdly hysterical news from Fuqing, a city in the south-eastern province of China.
An unnamed Chinese man got his head stuck in his washing machine while trying to examine the device. He had to stay in the cylinder of the appliance for 40 minutes while 6 emergency officers tried rescuing him from the unfortunate condition.
Thinking to give it a shot instead of calling the servicemen, he lodged his head first in the washing machine to confirm whether something was stuck at the bottom of the machine.
They tried using soap as a lubricant but all in vain. They finally informed the local fire department about the mishap.
They used a pair of scissors and hacksaw to separate the drum from the frame of the washing machine and allow him some breathing space.
The fire officers carefully broke the machine part by part to free the unfortunate guy from his metallic prison. He was then taken to a nearby hospital for a checkup. Fortunately, apart from minor scratches on the head and neck, he came out unhurt from the embarrassing situation.
Buddy, you're gonna have to buy a new washing machine for sure now!
