Fruits are a key ingredient for the betterment of our health and their consumption regularly is what it takes to lead a healthy life. Eating fruits is considered to be a good habit but do you know the right way to eat it yet? I bet most of us don't know it. We just eat it however we want without following a proper method.
We figured out the right ways to eat our favorite fruits and made a list. Feel free to share this!
The traditional method is not right for two reasons. Firstly you are missing a lot of fruity benefits and secondly you need to find a garbage can to dispose it.
We usually start eating the apple from the middle part but we have to start now eating it from the bottom part.
We are not supposed to slice the greenish top of the strawberry but to insert a straw from the bottom and then popping off the top. Hence, they call it 'Strawberry'.
Slice the mango in two pieces and slide the slices against the glass rim. All that is left in the glass is a smooth portion of mango!
