So, Florida woman decided to give her baby for adoption.
Abigail Lynn was born with an extremely rare disorder called Treacher Collins syndrome on January 11, 2016.
Abigail's adoptive mother claimed that Abigail was not the baby she had hoped for.
Ms Fisher shares a special bond with her little daughter.
Florida woman is raising money through this page to help her look after Abigail and buy her 'baby clothes, diapers, wipes etc.
Ms Fisher explained on her GoFundMe page, 'I spent the better part of last year pregnant and I was planning on giving Abigail up for adoption. She was born with Treacher Collins syndrome to our surprise. It was not detected in the amniocentesis or in the ultrasound. When she was born on 1-11-16 the adoptive mom left the hospital crying saying how deformed she is...and never heard from her again. That is when I realized she is meant to be mine only now.'
She has an 18-year-old daughter named Debra and felt that she wasn't in a position to raise another baby.
When Abigail was born, the bones and tissue of her face were deformed, resulting in the underdevelopment of her key facial structures such as the cheekbones, ears and jaw.
The adoptive agency is shocked with the reaction of adoptive parents. But Abigail's birth mom is very happy to keep her little baby.
Ms Fisher wrote on her GoFundMe page, 'I was not fully prepared for her [Abigail] but now I can no longer see my life without either one of my daughters.'
