The Reddit user 'kgfromthemv' also wrote that this bill doesn't even include paramedic fees, ambulance fees, and the one to be paid to the individual 'specialist' doctor. The ambulance fees itself is $5,000, and the user's brother might have to pay it.

Thankfully, the guy's parents had good insurance that covered $197,000 of the total cost. The injured guy will end up paying $1,500 and the other $169,000 was deducted from the bill since the insurer refused to pay that amount.
