Disney Cheated Us With Its Version Of 'The Sleeping Beauty'. The Real Story Will Creep You Out!
I must say when it comes to
Disney tales there is an awesome nostalgia which we get into, after all, we all love Disney characters. But there are things which are quite common or they are just the same...in Disney's tales, be it Snow White, Rapunzel, Sleeping Beauty and much more, they are very beautiful princess with the most melodious voice, lost in the woods where they find their prince charming and one evil witch or princess to create all the miseries in her life.
But did you know that Disney likes to change the fairy tales? And That's exactly what they did with
Sleeping Beauty. Find out what Disney changed about the story!
We all know that Aurora ,our sleeping beauty was very beautiful and kind,
She was friends with all those beautiful creatures in the woods like all the other princesses.
And in the end she too gets her prince charming, and that's why 'Sleeping Beauty' is our favorite.
Did you know the original french tale was much different...
In fact, once you know the real story, I doubt if the tale of the Slepping Beauty will be your favorite anymore.
Until now we all knew that Prince Phillip, wakes up Aurora with a kiss.
But, in reality, it was very creepy, the princess falls asleep from a splinter of flax.
And it's a random king who walks by and climbs the tower with a ladder.
And what he did was is something really creepy
He did not kiss her, he ended up raping the princess disgusting right? But it doesn't end here
The king left her while she was unconscious, and she gave birth to twins and it was one of the twins who suck her flax and woke her up.
When she woke up she was shocked, discovering that she is a mother of two.
When the creepy king returns he was surprised to see that Aurora was awake and the mother of two.
That's the way their love story started, he promised her he will return back and take her along with him to his kingdom.
Kings wife hears him uttering Aurora's name while he was asleep,
She finds out the truth and sends a letter to Aurora asking her to send both her twins.
Aurora sends her twins, to the king and the queen orders her cook to make the food out of them.
Fortunately, the cook had some common sense and instead serves the king lamb.
Then the queen invites Aurora to the kingdom and makes arrangements to burn her alive.
The king finds out and burns the queen instead.
Thereby the story ends with Aurora living happily ever after with a rapist.
Well, I prefer the Disney version, because the original was sufficiently creepy.
Loved this? Spread it out then
