Celebrities are people too, who in fact have their personal picks when it comes to what or who they follow, support or idolize. As people, they have their established lifestyles, but then, are influenced by other individuals who are doing great with theirs. For example, when you have the time to interview a certain singer and ask who serves as his/her musical influence, you would discover how their fandom is high at some levels, and when they're given a chance to meet them and sit with them for a beer, tea or a cozy drink, they will definitely grab it.
Unbelievably, there are stars who openly show what fandom does to them, as much as they're very proud to show how they would react by the time they met their idols personally. Currently, there are images over the internet circulating, and these show us one thing: stars would take the risk to show the sign of fandom as they have their idols face-to-face, and they are not ashamed of taking autographs from them.
The following images are what I am actually talking about. Cheer up!
Many might have never known how the American pop artist adores the English singer, songwriter and the co-founder of Rolling Stones, until this very day that the artist asked for a humble autograph.
If you would look at Eva now as a model-actress, she's gone through a lot. With her fame and oozing film projects in the past like Ghost Rider, We Own the Night, 2 Fast 2 Furious, Stuck on You, Hitch, All About The Benjamins, and The Other Guys, who would expect that back then, she's a huge fan of the actress playing Savannah Davis in Mistresses?
I cannot imagine how one of the stars in the same movie ask for an autograph from his co-star. John Boyega's fandom gave the perfect illustrative example for this scenario.
This image was taken in Ohio, dated 1939. What a timeless proof of humility and support!
Lord of the Rings actor Elijah Wood performed with his DJ Group Wooden Wisdom in Ekşi Fest'15 in Turkey, playing their rendition of Turkish musician Bağcan's pieces. After the performance, Elijah expressed how he is a huge fan of the artist, then asked Selda for a remembrance in the form of an autograph.
Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner might be the ultimate multi-instrumentalist and one of the respected musicians for Gwen Stefani back then. Gwen was not even a famous singer, nor an known actress, as you could see so, It's a big deal!
Putting myself in Barbara Streisand's shoe, I would not deny the fact that If I came across as a US president, I would never have second thoughts about asking for an autograph. It's a once in a lifetime experience, even for a busy star like her.
Religious leaders have time for watching boxing matches and adoring some boxers, too, don't worry.
