Life comes with an enormous undesirable challenge, which helps in discovering oneself and know the actual strength human beings are blessed with. Some face it earlier and to some, it comes after many stages of life get passed. But it necessarily comes one day for us to know the essence and worth of our life.
One such life-changing challenge came in the life of a teenager girl, Meagan Barnard; when she was just 15-year-old, she was being caught by a lifetime disease, Lymphedema in her right leg, which left it heavy and swollen. This rare medical condition made her a target of a circle of bullies in her school, who hurt her often calling her "Michelin man" which kept the pain fresh.

When the young girl was in her early fifteen, she received a devastating news from a doctor that she had got lymphedema due to damage lymph nodes causing extreme swelling in her right leg.
The disease was one of the unwanted things that took place in her life but apart from it, she had to bear the pain of getting bullied by some outrageous students of her school. Meagan was nicknamed, Michelin Man due to her heavy leg.
Meagan had to forget about all her pretty dresses and short skirts. She was so much scared of bullies in her school that she stopped wearing the clothes of her choice.
Meagan turned 24 now, she shared her story of past and also told about how she is going to build her future.
She started modeling and now she doesn't mind having any incurable disease. She says the medical condition doesn't define her, it has become a part of her, which she has to carry for the entire life. She doesn't want it to affect her life anymore due to it.
Meagan realized that there is nothing to be ashamed of; she has more things to do in her life, which will create her worth. Taking this brave step in front of the camera, she says, "it has taken this weight off her shoulder." She feels better about her life and also lives happily.
