Eyes are the window to the soul. What you see through the eyes of a person can basically be associated with his or her broader and more complex body conditions. This physical attribute is greatly influenced by various factors, one of which is the food that we eat.
Well, eating food is our main nutritional source where we can get what makes our muscles, cells, and body systems work efficiently. Although nowadays, not everything that is up for consumption is safe or beneficial enough for the health. Good thing, a smart change of diet can also mean better results on the physical level.
This claim was once being investigated and was eventually proven by an individual who had a sudden realization with regards to physical manifestations of her food choices. For one, she had so many issues on how her eyes appear. She also thought initially that it says a lot about her diet. Upon deciding to shift her food choices into healthier ones, she observed how things have worked for her, and apparently, her eyes become one of the main beneficiaries of this healthy option.
Kristina is based in Houston and she is advocating health, and eating raw vegetables responsibly through her program FullyRaw.
Years ago, she's medically categorized as a hyperglycemic person, where in she's characterized with abnormally high blood glucose levels in the body--she's diabetic.
Upon changing her diet and being more health-conscious--becoming vegan, her eyes evolved into differently-colored structure. Guess what? She liked it so much!
Earlier, she wanted to augment her diet, but she is surprised to know that part of this healthy shift's prize is a favorable color change on her iris. Upon discovering this, she went to an expert.
Fortunately, she discovered the fact that aside from the cliche that 'our eyes tells much of our soul', the truth that our eyes say so much about our over-all health, may it be on our respiratory system, digestive system, immune system, excretory system, circulatory system and others.
Before being a vegan, she settled for an unhealthy Latin American and Lebanese diet--with much dependence on fats and other non-vegan food choices.
Over time, she was witnessing positive visible effects of resorting to an effective vegan diet. Moreover, she confessed that before being into the program, she has problems on excretion--she's consistently constipated.
Your soul, your eyes and your whole body will tell so much about your food choices, might as well, have some positive shift on your nutrition. Clean from the inside, and see all beautiful things align, and make them show upon facing the world.
