In some or the other point in life, many of us seek the help of home remedies for various problems. May it be a stomach ache or broken window pane, we come up with a way to fix it from things present at home itself.
And if we talk about alcohol, we all have those half empty bottles at home. Apparently, we can do a lot better things with alcohol than drink it. Today we have vodka hacks that will not only amaze you but also help you in the long run.
You can remove the foul smell of your feet by rubbing a little amount of vodka on your feet. It kills all the bacteria and fungus ultimately removing the bad odor, leaving your feet without any scent of alcohol.
There will be a little pain but it will work well.
Freshen up your stinky shoes by taking out some vodka in a spray bottle and misting them a little. You can use it as a wrinkle-release spray as well but do test for color-fastness first.
Is your mouthwash going out and you are too lazy to go to the store to buy a new bottle? Just add a few drops of mint or cinnamon essential oil to a bottle of vodka and let it set for two weeks. Congratulations, you've made a mouthwash for yourself without doing much. You can use it like your normal mouthwash.
Again, spray a little vodka on your hands, rub them and kill off all the germs.
Vodka can help the area in pain to go numb. Soak a cotton ball in it and apply it to the tooth causing pain.
Soak cotton in a little vodka and dab it on the affected area to make them dry out fast and kill the germs.
Mix two cups of water with half cup of vodka in a freezer bag and freeze. Vodka will keep it from going solid so that you can easily wrap it around injuries.
Add two tablespoon of rosemary to one cup of vodka and soak for a week and then filter. Use this mixture after shampoo to reduce flakes and dandruff.
