Women always struggle with their changing bodies after pregnancy. Of course, their motherly love makes it all worth it but that doesn't mean that this journey becomes any easier. Recently thousands of women have posted candid photos of themselves on Instagram using the hashtag #postbabybody.

Stay-at-home mum Nikki Mills recently shared a picture of her shortly after giving birth alongside a recent picture, explaining that she had gone down from 13 stone 8 lbs to 12 stone, captioning the picture: 'My journey so far'
Emma Hartley wrote: 'I can't believe my body now to 5 weeks ago. I can't wait till I'm rocking a six pack and massive squad booty. I want to feel sexy and beautiful, I want to turn heads, I want my confidence back.'
One woman shared a picture of her abs, writing: 'Even after #twins, a csection and 2nd pregnancy, they are still there!! I've never had a #toned stomach, not even when I got pregnant with Jules and Olivia.'
Proud mum Lucie Collier showed how much her tummy had shrunk in the space of just 11 days, captioning her photos: '3 days before birth, 8 days after and I'm getting smaller still'
One woman named Bethany, who is expecting a baby in August, shared a picture of her heavily pregnant body the first time round alongside one of her flaunting a six-pack 10 months later.
Blogger Courtney, from Salt Lake City, shared a photo of her eight weeks after having a baby next to one of her 18 months later. She wrote: 'I'm really proud of how far I come but I think I'll always feel like a work in progress'
Bronwyn Helgeson from Port Macquarie, New South Wales, notched up 16 likes with these pictures showing how much her tummy had shrunk in just four weeks, writing: '#neverfeltbetter'
Mercedes Posadas, believed to be from Edinburgh, has been chronicling her fitness journey by sharing before and after pictures. Her latest picture shows her toned post-pregnancy body five months later.
Jennifer wrote: 'I gained 65 lbs ( 4 stone 4 lbs) while I was pregnant with my daughter (she was 4.8 lbs of it). I'm now in better shape than pre-pregnancy! It only took 21 days to get myself in gear.'
