Once upon a time, there was a Japanese man who gained a very invaluable knowledge from his father – Zu San Li- "the point of longevity" or "the point of a hundred diseases". After that, the man practiced this point daily and continued to live to watch births and deaths of several emperors.
Well, massaging points are one of the ancient methods of treatment in East and this method has proved beneficial in curing a number of diseases. The human body consists of 365 points and 12 major meridians which are similar to the number of days and months in a year.
Well, why this point is called "point of hundred diseases"? Let's know it.
The point Zu San Li is located beneath the kneecap. In China, it is called "point of longevity" and in Japan "point of hundred diseases".
Cover the knee with the palm of your hand and you will find the point between the nails of the little and ring finger in the pattern of small depression between the bones. If you still don't find it- sit on the floor and raise your feet, the highest point you find on elevation is Zu San Li.
The digestive tract, kidneys, sexual organs and adrenal glands. With the practice of this point, the activity of adrenal glands maximizes which is the most powerful gland responsible for human health.
For massaging, start with making yourself comfortable and then massage each leg nine times in circular motion anti-clockwise and do this for at least 10 minutes.

Even performing this massage in evening may help you in losing 400 to 500 grams.
