These objects can damage ears and push the wax more into ears. But failing can lead to bacteria and further discomfort or infection.
Dr. David Hill believes that using a mixture of vinegar and alcohol can cleanse out ear wax. Mix some white vinegar with equal parts of alcohol and pour 1 teaspoon of fluid into the ear and tilt your head to one side. This will flush off dirt and bacteria.
